From Stands to Stories: Meeting Our Principals at Host Milano

Stepping into Host Milano this year felt like walking into the beating heart of the hospitality world. As the leading international exhibition for catering and hospitality, Host Milano brings together the full value chain, from equipment and tableware to design and technology, every two years at Fiera Milano in Rho.

For our team, it was an intense and rewarding few days: reconnecting with our principals, discovering new collections, and building relationships with partners from across the globe. Here’s a quick look back at what made this edition so special for us.

Meeting our principals

One of the highlights of the fair was visiting our principals’ stands and seeing first-hand how each brand continues to push quality, design and innovation in its own way:

  • Pintinox: A benchmark in professional cutlery and cookware, Pintinox showcased solutions that perfectly bridge the needs of HO.RE.CA. professionals and refined home dining, from robust pans to contemporary flatware lines.

  • Su Misura: True to its name, Su Misura focused on tailor-made solutions, with bespoke items designed to adapt to the specific identity and concept of each hospitality project.

  • Le Coq Porcelaine: At their stand we explored elegant porcelain collections that combine French-inspired charm with durability, ideal for hotels, restaurants and refined catering.

  • Zafferano: Between the iconic cordless lamps and vibrant tableware, Zafferano once again proved how lighting, glass and porcelain can transform atmosphere and guest experience in a single stroke.

  • IVV: Seeing IVV’s hand-crafted glassware in person is always impressive: timeless pieces made in Tuscany that balance everyday functionality with the character of blown glass.

  • Berti: Coltellerie Berti’s knives, handmade in Tuscany by skilled artisans, remain an outstanding example of Italian craftsmanship, where each piece is created start-to-finish by a single craftsman.

  • Rivadossi: Colourful, design-driven cutlery has become Rivadossi’s signature, and their latest lines offer even more ways for hotels and restaurants to bring personality to the table.

Spending time on each stand allowed us not only to see the latest launches up close, but also to discuss upcoming projects, market feedback and how we can support our customers even better in the months ahead.

New contacts & networking

Host Milano is, above all, a place for people to meet. Over the course of the fair we:

  • Met new buyers, distributors and project partners from different markets

  • Shared ideas with chefs, F&B managers, designers and hospitality operators

  • Discussed concrete projects, from hotel openings and restaurant refurbishments to retail concepts and bespoke table settings

These conversations are incredibly valuable: they help us understand evolving needs in areas like sustainability, operational efficiency, guest experience and design trends. Many of these new contacts are already turning into follow-up meetings and potential collaborations.

Trends we observed

Walking the halls, several themes stood out strongly:

  • Sustainability & durability: Long-lasting products, smarter materials and responsible production were clear priorities across equipment, tableware and accessories.

  • Experience at the table: From lighting to glassware and cutlery, the focus is increasingly on storytelling and creating memorable, Instagram-worthy moments for guests.

  • Design + function: Brands are blending strong aesthetics with professional performance, reflecting Host Milano’s role as a hub where technology, design and new consumption models converge.

Looking ahead

We’re returning from Host Milano with renewed energy, a notebook full of ideas and a long list of new and familiar contacts to follow up with. Above all, we’re proud to represent principals whose values, quality, craftsmanship and innovation, align so closely with our own.

If you weren’t able to visit the fair but would like to discover the new collections from Pintinox, Su Misura, Le Coq Porcelaine, Zafferano, IVV, Berti or Rivadossi, or discuss a specific project, we’ll be happy to share more details and help you find the solutions that best fit your concept.
