Italian Tableware and Contemporary Chinese Fine Dining: Tablo at WING Hong Kong
We are delighted to share a new and meaningful project for Tablo in Hong Kong: the presence of selected Italian tableware and cutlery inside WING, the acclaimed Chinese fine-dining restaurant by Chef Vicky Cheng.
Located on the 29th floor of The Wellington, in the heart of Central, WING has become one of the most exciting names in Hong Kong’s contemporary dining scene. The restaurant is led by Chef Vicky Cheng, Executive Chef and Owner, whose culinary vision brings together the depth of Chinese gastronomic tradition with a refined, modern sensibility. His cuisine is inventive yet deeply rooted in heritage, exploring regional Chinese flavours, high-quality ingredients and sophisticated techniques with a clear and personal identity.

WING’s international recognition has grown rapidly. The restaurant is currently ranked No. 2 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 and No. 11 in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, confirming Hong Kong’s continued importance as one of the world’s leading gastronomic capitals. For Tablo, being involved in a project of this level is a special occasion: it represents the dialogue between Italian craftsmanship and one of Asia’s most dynamic fine-dining destinations.
Inside WING, the dining experience is enhanced by the presence of the Pintinox Olivia range, together with selected pieces from Su Misura by Royale, including the Diva and Elementi collections.

Pintinox Olivia brings a clean, elegant and contemporary presence to the table. Its long, tapered silhouette gives the cutlery a refined visual balance, while the polished stainless-steel finish keeps the overall mise-en-place discreet and sophisticated. In a fine-dining context such as WING, every detail matters: cutlery is not simply functional, but part of the rhythm of the service, the gesture of tasting and the visual harmony of the table.
The Su Misura collections add another layer of personality to the experience. Diva, one of the most refined collections in the Royale production, is dedicated to the luxury sector and designed as a blank canvas for chefs. Its delicate yet confident shapes, together with its luminous texture, offer a beautiful stage for culinary creations where precision, elegance and emotion meet.

Elementi, on the other hand, is conceived to complete the service with original and stylish solutions. Inspired by the idea that balance is created through the union of different elements, the collection offers chefs pieces that can be used individually or as part of a wider composition. Some shapes recall natural forms or everyday objects, while others combine modern design with practical functionality. This makes Elementi particularly suitable for contemporary fine dining, where each dish is designed as a complete sensory experience.

The presence of Pintinox and Su Misura at WING perfectly reflects Tablo’s mission: to connect the best of Italian lifestyle, craftsmanship and hospitality design with leading projects across Asia Pacific. In restaurants of this calibre, the table is not a neutral surface. It is part of the story. It frames the chef’s work, supports the service, and helps create the atmosphere that guests will remember.
At WING, Chef Vicky Cheng’s cuisine tells a story of Chinese heritage, innovation and refinement. The Italian pieces selected for this project accompany that story with elegance, discretion and character, proving once again that great dining experiences are built through a careful balance of food, service, space and objects.
We are proud to see Pintinox Olivia and Su Misura Diva and Elementi become part of this exceptional restaurant in Hong Kong, and to continue contributing to projects where Italian design meets the evolution of Asian fine dining.
